Kathy Misunas Principal Essential Ideas | Ms. Kathy Misunas, is a 30 year travel and technology industry veteran and has spent the past six years assisting young and established companies through advisory services, Board Directorships, lecturing and speaking engagements, and temporary management assignments. She currently acts as a principal of Essential Ideas, a consultancy specializing in the global travel and tourism, consumer retailing and marketing / communications fields. Her strong background in executive management, keen interest in global enterprise and deep experience in distribution and product automation solutions lends broad experience to the work that she does. Her corporate involvement over the past decade includes CEO of AirTreks, a San Francisco-based travel company (aka High Adventure Travel), specializing in multi-continent international travel planning and fulfillment. Prior to that position, she led the New York City-based brandwise, LLC business by launching its comparison shopping and purchasing Web site specializing in consumer durable goods. Previously, Ms. Misunas was CEO of Reed Travel Group, formerly part of Reed Elsevier plc, a global publishing enterprise; and CEO of The Sabre Group, the largest travel global distribution system, as well as SVP/CIO of AMR/American Airlines. She also served on the Executive Committee of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), a global coalition of more than 100 CEO's from all segments of the travel and tourism industry, was a Trustee of ICTA, the Institute of Certified Travel Agents, and was a member of the Research Board and is a lifetime Trustee of ICTA (the Institute of Certified Travel Agents). Her prior directorships include pubic, private and non-profit companies. She currently is a Director of Tech Data Corp in Clearwater, FL, and EzRez Software in San Francisco, CA. As well, she is an advisor for several businesses and councils including the Technology Advisory Board of Pennsylvania State University's School of Hospitality Management, and is currently working on an IT curriculum with Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. A sought-after speaker and business commentator on travel and tourism, Ms. Misunas has also conducted guest lectures at major academic institutions such as Cornell University, Harvard University, New York University, MIT and Pennsylvania State University. She co-authored a book for the travel sector titled Multi-Channel Distribution: The Essential Guide. In addition to business-related and education activities , Misunas' other interests include supporting variouus charities, global traveling, reading, the arts, and sports – having summited Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa, trekked to the Everest Base Camp and Machu Picchu in the Andes, and completed the Chicago Marathon. |

| Mr. Dan Snyder is a dual masters-level prepared, board-certified health care executive with over 30 years of experience and extensive success leading health care systems and operations worldwide. Recognized by peers, the profession, and media for distinctive skills in leading change while inspiring superb individual and organizational performance. As Group Executive Vice President, Parkway Holdings and CEO, ParkwayHealth, Mr. Snyder was responsible for leading the corporate systems and services supporting the major subsidiaries of Parkway Holdings: (1) Parkway Health, (2) Parkway Education and (3) ParkwayLife REIT. As CEO Parkway Health, he was accountable for leading an integrated health system of 16 hospitals, (10,000 FTEs/3,200 beds) and supporting primary care networks located across Asia. Now a "Globally" recognized brand, ParkwayHealth is well positioned to weather the current global financial crisis and emerge into its next major growth phase. Mr. Snyder was also President, Western Region, Banner Health from 2004 to 2006. He was responsible for leading an integrated health system of 12 hospitals located in eight states of the western U.S. Banner Health, created in 1999 upon the merger of the Lutheran and Samaritan Health Systems, is now one of the largest multi-state healthcare systems in the United States. As one of eight corporate officers, has led the growth of the system in multiple, rapidly expanding markets with the system now generating revenues in excess of $3B. During Mr. Snyder's tenure as Chief Operating Officer, Intermountain Health Care's Urban Central Region Hospitals and CEO, LDS Hospital, Salt Lake City, Utah from 2001 to 2004 he was responsible for leading the regional operations of an integrated delivery system including three adult tertiary care hospitals, one orthopedic specialty hospital and multiple associated clinics. Intermountain Health Care (IHC) was ranked in February 2004 as America's top integrated health network for the fourth time in the previous five years. The Urban Central Region Hospitals produce over $1.2 billion in annual revenues, have 7,000 employees, and affiliate with 1,400. LDS Hospital is a 520-bed acute care referral center, level I trauma center, teaching hospital with multiple residency programs. As Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Navy Health System's Fleet Hospital Five and Chief Operating Officer, Naval Hospitals, Mr. Snyder provided strategic leadership for a fully integrated health system with multiple hospitals, 650 total beds, 2,000 employees, 100,000 enrolled lives, and an employed physician group He has served in multiple healthcare executive leadership roles in hospitals located in Asia and Europe and served as a a Hospital Corpsman (Medic) during his intial tour of duty. Jeffrey D. Hoffman CEO and Director Ubid.com | Mr. Jeff Hoffman, an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator, joined uBid.com in September of 2007 after establishing a long and winning track record in the fields of on-line auction and retail, software, and entertainment.
